Love This Shop! I have always gotten the best service at this shop, and fair prices, to say the least. I have been told that my car didn't need some work that I was wondering about...not many shops turn work away if they can get money out of you. My 88 year old father took his car to Roger when I first moved here for some problem. Apparently his car needed some fuse replaced, which they did promptly, and didn't even charge him. I could go on, but I love this business and will be a loyal customer for life. Thanks for being there for me. Fantastic and dependable. more

I went to Roger Marion's on a recommendation when I was in dire need of car repair and understanding. I had much going on in my personal life and was under a great amount of stress. I was treated with respect, understanding, even comforting. When I needed a ride I got it, then I was offered a loaner car. They guarantee their work and I have no doubt the will live up to that should anything else go wrong.\r Mr. Marion could not have been any nicer or more understanding. The other young men I dealt with were likewise very kind. I feel that a guardian angle led me to their door. If I were not moving out of state they would become my auto care shop of choice. Don't take your car there.Unprofessional,rude people. 8/10/2012

I took my Mazda there and they kept the car for 10 days lying to me every day that they will be working on the car.After calling them to ask why they were lying if they can't do anything,I was yelled on the phone and asked to get my car and take it somewhere else.When I got there my car didn't even start,so I had to tow it .So I got the car back worse than it was before taking it there.\r Needless to say , I should have paid attention to bad reviews in\r this website.Save yourselves some time and headaches and take your car to a real professional. more

Unbelievable 7/3/2011

I took my Dodge Durango to Roger Marion solely based on the reviews I read in City Search. Bar none the worst automotive mistake I've ever made. What I got was the most rude unprofesional service I've ever encountered in my 38 years of driving. Mr. Marion treated me as if I was a problem rather than a customer from the very first second he met me in his parking lot. more

100% Happy 6/10/2011

Roger Marion and his staff have been the only mechanics I have used since June 1999. As a woman, you have to deal with someone you trust...never any problems with that. Prices are good, very professional/respectful and he is honest about his timing. You gotta appreciate that!!! He has done everything from oil changes to installing new computers. He works on any make/model (he's worked on my Nissan, Isuzu, Mercury and now my Honda's...and does an awesome job. The last time Roger worked on my car, it wouldn't start so I called him from work and told him what happened, he went to my house, picked up my car, called and told me what was wrong, fixed the problem, dropped the car back off at my house and left a bill on the front seat. I hope I never have to move.....the only other mechanic I've ever trusted and leaned on like this was my father!!! more

Best Auto Repair Shop in the World! 3/2/2009

We have three older Volvos and an older Subaru and Roger and his crew have been absolutely fantastic at keeping them in good shape. Their prices are very reasonable and they always try to save us money when they can. They are very ethical and honest and you can trust what they tell you. Their work has always been perfect, and they go out of their way to provide impeccable customer service. If you have an auto repair issue, call and talk to Roger or Dave and they will know how to help you. I wish there were more businesses like this! They always work on our cars and have always done a great job. They are honest and tell us what does and more importantly what does not need to be done. You can't ask for more than that these days!!! more

Honest service 1/29/2008

I came in with my car I thought my front wheels were going to fall off with all the noise it made. turns out some things just needed tightening. they fixed my car and didnt charge me a cent. very trustworthy awsome mechanic I more than likely wont go anywhere else Pros: very trustworthy, they really knew what they were doing Cons: Its very small garage though they make good use of the space they have more

Best Automotive Repair Shop 10/17/2007

I've done bussiness with Roger for over 15 years and he and his staff has done a superior job while performing different tasks on my vehicles such as rebuliding a tranmission, tune up, alternator. You see I just do not trust anyone to work on my cars. Roger and his staff has proven to trustworthy. Roger Marion gives back to the community and I encourage you to give him a try. more

great for all car problems! 3/28/2006

Roger Marion Automotive is the only place i take my 1995 Explorer to. His staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have called before for a belt problem and Roger always has my vehicle ready before he says it will be. All car repair places are expensive but his labor is much cheaper than anywhere else i have found. I dont think there is any one thing they specialize in, they do it all as far as repairs. I really like my hometown auto repair that is personable and fast! PROS: Cheaper than most CONS: more
