Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Just needed my tire plugged and these guys acted like I was bothering them. I will never stop here again. Terrible. Must have horrible lives to be so mean. I have always heard about them on the radio, and now that I see how bad their customer service is, makes me not want to listen to that certain station anymore if they support this place. I DO NOT recommend you even call this place! more

These people are the rudest crooks I have ever came in contact with. I do not recommend you go here. Horrible experience. Went a few miles up the road and was treated like royalty by the good people at B.J's Tire in Ft. O. I do highly recommend you try BJ's. Rock Springs had the rudest workers and they spent more time on their phones and couldn't even answer a few simple questions for my dad. We will never go back there, if I have another blow out in front of that place I will call a wrecker before I deal with them.! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! more

I am very pleased; In & out in 15 minutes (after calling the day before - at 20 minutes before closing - to get their advice & order the tires). They were very friendly, helpful, professional, & patient (both on the phone & in person). They explained the defects in my old tires & put on some great new tires at a great price. Well worth the drive from Chattanooga! more

Their sign says ""Dont forget the little man"", it should say, ""Dont forget the BIG JERK!"",,, When I left I promised not to forget to my son who is the one who suggested to me that their sign needs to be changed.! Those idiots actually acted like they had no clue what I was talking about, they didn't even care what I was talking about. I get so sick of their bs radio commercials. I will tell everybody I know to go to BJ's tire shop. I know they are probably related but at least that guy has a personality. more

I do a newspaper route at night, and frequently have to replace tires. I have started regularly going to Rocksprings Tire because I was drawn to the sign saying, Dont forget the little man. From a very small town myself, I was compelled to give them a shot. It definitely reminded me of the hospitality I was familiar with growing up in Oglethorpe County. They were very kind, had my car in and out in less than 10 minutes, and charged me a very reasonable rate. The only problem I have had is once they didnt have my size tires, so they replaced the two front tires with a smaller size to get me by. They moved my good front tire to the back which had a lower quality tire on it, so they gave me the best two tires I had and two good used tires. I was very impressed and will continue to go there. :) Pros: fast, friendly, affordable, knowledgeable Cons: sometimes my tires are unavailable there more

I haven't had any tires put on by these guys, but I called to ask a question, and the man on the phone was very rude and unproffesional!! I will not be calling back! more

I went to this place to buy a new set of tires. I was lookin for a cheap set of new tires. You always here how great they are from the radio and papers. Ha! I want everyone to know my experience. They are rude and dont want to deal with people in general. I have never had a worse experience. I had to wait at least 10 min before someone would even speak to me. For the record I got my new set of tires at wal-mart! They were at least nice! They dont deserve a rating, but this makes you give at least one star. Pros: Good location Cons: Employees are rude, and didnt want to show me the product more
