Dr. Kenneth Johnson performed surgery on my leg in December 2009. The care I received was unbelievable. Dr. Johnson went way beyond the call of duty to make sure I was quickly back to work. My family has nothing but high praise for Dr. Johnson and his office. more

If the doctor gave you such good care/services, why would you slander his office staff, unsatisfactory or not. Office staff comes and goes. All you have done is written a bad review regarding his practice as a whole. Shame on you. My daughter is a patient and has ALWAYS been treated like family by the staff and the doctor. more

I had surgery by Dr. John Hodges. That part was wonderful. Then after 8 months, I get a call from a collection agency about a bill that i NEVER received a bill for. NO PHONE CALLS, NO STATEMENTS, and now it has gone to a collection agency. When I called, I was VERY RUDELY told that they sent them. The address they sent the statement to was only 6 years old and was not forwarded. I was lied to and first told that the mail was not returned, and then was told it had been returned. I was then told that they updated my address, even though at first I was told the old address. I have no problem paying a bill, but at least give me a chance to pay it. I was then told that the girl who I talked with was going through bankruptcy and not to worry about it. Again, I had no problem with the surgery or Dr. Hodges and his staff when I had the surgery, it is the billing department that needs to get their act together. more

Dr. John Hodges at East Ga Orthopedic Center is a wonderful doctor. He is just great as well is his staff. Office is always nice and neat and you are not kept waiting, when you have an apptointment you are actually seen at your appointment time! more
