Very disappointed with Robertson Pools. Met with salesperson in spring 2012 (one of three companies we contacted) after talking with an acquaintance who used Robertson a few years ago. Felt comfortable with their proposal and awarded them the job. It all went downhill from there.\r
1) Dug up the gas line to my house on first day of excavation - and kept going without mentioning anything to me! I figured it out when I couldn't use my stovetop or get hot water.\r
2) Destroyed the cable line to my house - easy fix though from Cable company\r
3) Destroyed the fiber optic lines to everyone on my street. Not yet resolved after six months.\r
4) Crews had no regard for our personal property (destroyed patio cushions, used the removed part of my fence as a crossing bridge during muddy week, etc.)\r
5) Pool has a nice appearance, but has had a leak since the day it was filled with water (early May 2012) which has still not been addressed.\r
6) It is very common that I call them 4 or 5 times before anyone responds to me.\r
7) When I do communicate with a representative of Robertson, they say ""it is not in my control"" or ""I will do what I can.""\r
8) Submitted receipt for reimbursement of the damaged property (as I was instructed to do) in May and have not yet received reimbursement.\r

I suggest avoiding doing any business with Robertson construction.\r
