The assistance and professionalism from them made the purchase of our home so smooth. They were patient and diligent during the long, long period of time it took to find the perfect home! They were always there to answer any questions we had, anytime - day or night. For first time buyers that was especially important to us. more

I knew I could count on Roberts 3/31/2011

I lived in an apartment complex managed by Roberts Property Management for more than three years. Throughout this time, whenever a situation arose with my apartment, I knew I could count on Roberts, whether it be a maintenance request or issues with fellow neighbors. Roberts always acted on the problem immediately and I never even had to make a follow-up request. They were always more than accommodating. For instance, if I was traveling out of town when rent was due, I could always coordinate the on-time payment of my rent. I would certainly choose to rent at another property managed by Roberts. more
