I took my pick up in a couple of months ago. It was having an intermittent problem. I took it in, explained that it was intermittent but has happened about half a dozen times. Also explain exactly what was happening, when the problem was occurring, how long it would last, etc... The service tech developed a major attitude and told me that there was absolutely nothing they can do unless THEY can reproduce the problem. When I tried to explain AGAIN that it was intermittent I was told by the service tech that unless it happens while it is on their lot with their mechanic in the vehicle at the time it was happening they won't even attempt to fix it. I simply took my keys, went to another dealership. The other dealership took the vehicle in, and found the problem without replicating it, and fixed it... and I haven't had a problem since...
Cons: Service techs (one in particular) are horrible
