I purchased my first car from Bill in March and haven't had any problems. It's hard to believe all these stories when I had such an excellent experience. I felt very much at home and it was comfortable to talk to my salesman. He helped me choose between a few different cars that I saw online. He suggested taking it to Greenway Automotive and they said there weren't any problems but I also took it to our family machanic that confirmed everything they said. When it was time to do the paperwork he went through and helped me understand what it all was. Eventhough it's sold as is i'm very happy about my purchase and confident I'll have it for a very long time. Overall good experience! :) more

I went here to try to purchase a car. Told Jose I would be paying cash. All was good till it came to sign paperwork. He upped the price by 3000.00 and I said forget it. Told them to shred all my information, however, he still ran my name trying to get a loan for 11000.00 from a local credit union. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! They are under investagation by the Feds...STAY AWAY. Unfortunatly I bought a car from them, and regret it. It has been wrecked and surprised it was not totalled, if if really wasnt. It would not pass emissions and somehow they magically got it too. Everything from the second I received the car was shady and bizarre...again STAY AWAY!!!! he owns greenway automotive all the wrecked vehicles you see he repairs over there and sells them on his car lot at riverside and never tells you they have been wrecked a very dishonest place he never stands behind any of his vehicles he uses sold as is i would not send anyone there his ads on the radio are a bunch of lies first thing they do is run your credit and how much money do you have downmosst of his vehicles want even pass emissions then he sends you to greenway then you have to pay them they give car business a bad name please do not go there he will not rrefund any of your down payment back on e lady went there her husband had just died and she had four kids she paid five-thousand down on the car it wouldnt pass emissions he told her to take it to greenway which he doesnt tell you he owns it cost her over two thousand dollars for repairs that he wouldnt pay she couldnt pay her first payment because of the repairs he repossed her car he didnt care that her husband had just passed he wanted the car back Pros: nothing good about this place he buys wrecked vehicles f Cons: go by greenway automotive and see all of the wrecked cars more

Salesman told me the car I purchased had recently had oil changed and a tune up. The oil was not only a quart and half low but it was filthy. Then a message kept coming up that stated "No Oil Pressure, Stop Car Immediately". The car also has suspension issues, plus the power door locks stopped working. All this has happened within a few days after buying the car. When I contacted Riverside they told me to take it to their mechanic and led me to believe they were going to pay for the repairs. When the mechanic determined the problems, Riverside refused to pay. If you don't believe me, check out their score on the BBB's website. It's an F. Wish I had checked that before I bought a car here. They will sell you a piece of junk and take your money. Stay away!! Pros: None Cons: Cars are junk. more

They sold me a SUV that had the check engine light reset. After making the deal the light comes on and I got a free check at Auto Zone. Turns out I need a new motor 1 day after purchase!!!!!! I take the SUV back and Bill Koenig says it is my fault for purchasing it. They did offer to trade it for something else but when I tried that Koenig tried to up-charge $1000 on the other vehicle and it was 5 years older had 100,000 more miles on it, and in very poor condition. They will sell you trash, they lie, and they WILL cheat you!!! Their own mechanic said they will lie to you!!!!!!! Pros: They actually have cars Cons: They are still in business more

I gave them a call wanting to see if they could help me get my first car, because I am having trouble getting a car of my own with other company's. I called wanting to tell them what was going on and before I could even tell him, he started asking me questions like: How old are you, how much money doeyou make, what's your Social Security Number, ect. Its like he did not want to hear my story or anything unless he could sale me something. So he called me back about an hour later, and told me he would not be able to help me. I think it is wrong for them to advertise no credit, or bad credit and still 0.00 down...When they really don't help people with no credit! Pros: None Cons: None more

Had a car in mind they showed it to me. Car looked good, except bumper hanging a little bit lower on one side. Took it for a test drive drove pretty good. We bought the car. As we drove it over the next few days, little things began to fall apart in the interior. various parts of the dash began to fall off, making it obvious that they were pieced together. I am very dissappointed and feel cheated. I am sure though that someone will come along after me and write a very generic 5 star review so that the overall review will still be decent. Sold unsafe vehicle and it that would not pass inspection. Refused to assist in any way on said that there would be a charge to repair it. Check engine light was reset prior to sale. Said they would call the Police if we did not leave. Also refused to disclose intrest rate. Sale was made to a younger girl that wasn't certain what was going on. NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! I went to see what their ad meant your job is your credit, well they will gas your head up like they can help you really when your job is not your credit. gary is a nice person but you will waste your time. when i arrived at the lot their only comcern was to get my credit run and approved not what i was interested in then i told the finance co i was looking for something in the 300.00 per month range . the salesman george took me out to the lot and didnt know where the trucks were he showed me a dodge dakota and a nissan frontier i drove them the nissan had suspension issues and the dodge felt like it was sliping on take off. ( oh i am a ase cert. auto tech.) i asked george how much they were and he said he would have to work it up . that was strange most lots know how much a vehicle is before they try to sell it i felt like the price was going to be figured on how much i could pay each month times the max amount of months they could finance it for. also neither truck was really that great compared to university motors another lot offering zero down we have purchaced from before. riverside ad was zero down keep your money but when we got there it seems that the down payment thing kept coming up it is my advice to stay away from riverside motors this place gives used car lots a bad name. I responded to an ad on the radio, and my experience was a great one! I did not feel pressured, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, the selection was extensive, (they have 2 lots), the prices and incentives were excellent. went and looked at chevy s-10...he wanted me to drive and told him i wanted to look at it first. he came out with keys while i was looking at it and noticed it had fresh paint job...so I asked him if the paint was new while he was unlocking truck. he started truck and immediately turned it off and locked doors. started to go back inside and told me " come back and look again when they had some more with paint"?????? this got me boiled....asked him what he meant and said that one didnt have any paint???
