I appreciate the fact that my car was taken as soon as I arrived. The work was completed on time and my car returned to me when promised. I also appreciate that it was returned much cleaner than when I brought it in. more

I have been taking all my vehicle for service to Riverside Ford since they opened about five years ago. I am a local resident and believe in spending my money in the local area. In the past few years, the level of service has detriorated to point that I am now seeking other options for my vehicle repairs. My most recent experience I had to wait one and a half hours for an oil change even though I call they day before to scheduled my appointment. more

I had my second oil change performed by the dealership and received wonderful service. The job took only about an hour including a complementary wash. Thank you Riverside for a better experience! more

not that great 1/4/2014

Got my truck back all washed up, only problem is that the wash boy washed it with rocks in the brush. Truck is so scratched up it really made me mad. The other thing is that ford put the wrong fluid in the transmission. Very mad customer. more

Good Work but lack of communication 1/3/2014

I brought my car in for warranty work and the parts were not in and then the mechanic was not available for another week. I had to drive in twice to get the repairs done and then they did not do part of the work requested when the car was dropped off. more
