I've had my hair cut by Shawn at Ritual for four years, every 2-3 weeks like clockwork. I've always been greeted warmly and feel like a friend. What initially started as a convenience as they are in the same business park as my work shop, quickly turned into something I look forward to. There's not enough space here for me to recommend the ladies at Ritual enough, you really must meet them yourself. You'll come away happy, relaxed and pleased with the result. I surely have. I found this place based on a recommendation -- they did a great job on a co-worker's hair. However I didn't ask for the same person, big mistake. I was assigned to a very young stylist who was just promoted from receptionist. She was unable to explain to me why she didn't think she could give the highlights I wanted, she just repeated in an defensive tone ""you can't do that"" until a co-worker came over and explained to me what the problem would be. Later she called a number I told her I didn't use anymore to reschedule our next appointment. I was hosting a big party that night and she wouldn't even do the color, despite there was plenty of time ""because you are late"" -- 15 minutes because she called the wrong number! This salon is a hidden gem. It is really hard to find, (the internet gets you lost) and the street appeal leaves much to be desired, but when you walk through the door, you are in an obviously well cared for space. The staff was all friendly, especially the girl at the front desk, and the girl who cut my hair for me (Heather) talked me through the process and even sent me a thankyou card! I was totally at ease for my whole visit, was completely happy with my hair and I will be back! Pros: Very nice, friendly staff, great service Cons: Hard to find, industrial area more
