I want to give my feedback as I was highly insulted and caused much distress. We were called a few weeks ago to inform us that my husbands prescriptions were ready. We didn't need them filled at the time so we waited until today to call to have them ready. My husband was told his Rx for Lorazapam, prednisone and albuterol would be ready. My husband has end stage emphysema, so I ran to the Rite Aid myself and he stayed home. He was having more difficulty than usual. I drove 35 minutes to get there and waited behind 3 other car in the drive through. Well his prednisone was not due to be filled, That's OK. He still had that. I picked up the albuterol and asked "what about the Lorazapam?" I was told they were out of this item and they would have it in on Monday. I told the person that it is a long distance to drive in and I didn't want to leave my husband alone again on Monday so could they send his prescription to another drugstore for me to pick up. They sais yes just have the pharmacist there call them for the script. I did this and the other drug store said Rite Aid said they could not send it and for me to come back and they would fill the Rx for Lorazapam. I went back and waited again behind 3 cars. When I got to the window I was frazzled to say the least and worried that I had been gone away from my husband too long. I said do you remember me? She said yes I do. No apology. Then I said This makes twice I have waited and why was I told you didn.t have lorazepam? At this time another person whom I guess was the pharmacist came to the window and said it was just a computer glitch. No apology! I had been running on a wild goose chase and I was treated like the villain! I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know.
