I would like to thank you for all your effort in helping me with my order for my Year 12 Formal dress. I had the most wonderful night in the most amazing dress and knowing that no one in my home town had the same dress as me made it even better! I warn all buyers to be very careful with this company!!!!! The sent me a dress that had a tear and I wanted a refund but that was against their return policy. So we had to pay over $100 to get the dress altered to cover the tear. They tried to send a dress overnight and it was delivered the day we were leaving for our event. They said they would pay the repair charges but claimed they never received the invoice for the tear! Then they said they would send a return shipping label by email and they tried 3 times to send it and I never got it. We ordered the dress in November and I was charged for the second dress in July! I called them and told them they never sent me a label to send the dress back in my email and i quit chasing them for it. They were extremely rude and told me it was too bad because their manufacturer would not accept a return now because it was so long ago. So they basically waited until the manufacturer would not accept returns and then charged my card so they could stick me with buying 2 dresses. Lesson to learn if you do buy a dress from this jersey trash company then make sure you cover all your bases because they will screw you in a heart beat. I also noticed there was another review for how rude they were and I would have to 100% agree they are the rudest people I have every spoken with more

This store does not stand behind their clothing...They give horrible customer service and are very rude when you have a complaint...dont waste your money on this rip off store.....You will wait 1 year for alterations that they will not stand behind.......Horibble store more

The staff is helpful and knowledgable. more
