I could NOT brag enough about the rare TALENT and sincere personal service my fiancee & I received from Justin. He took several scattered pictures I had of pieces of jewelry I liked and combined them in the most amazing way using his artistic abilities, along w/high tech 3D digital imaging, to create a one of a kind piece. I have a keen taste for detail and extremely high expectations. I was aiming for SATISFIED & he beyond EXCEEDED my expectations. I am ELATED!! He even bid BELOW our budget!! I bought my wife's engagement ring at Rinehart and could not be with more pleased with both the stone and the amount I paid for it. A GIA-certified diamond with a cut that really makes it sparkle, and this from a good selection from which to choose. Best thing about it was what I paid; after purchase I did some searching to see what a similar stone would cost elsewhere, and found that I couldn't find a better price even at some of the online-only merchants like Blue Nile.\r \r I *heartily* recommend Rinehart brothers for new diamond / gemstone purchases; however, I would look elsewhere if you need to have a something repaired or reworked. My wife's mother lost a stone out of a garnet cluster, and they did a poor job of matching the new stone to the originals. So 4/5 for Rinehart. But if you go, make sure you know how to get there; it took me FOREVER to find them.\r \r Pros: good selection & quality, unbeatable value\r Cons: difficult to find, don't seem to be as good at rework & repair more

My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Rinehart Brothers Jewelers located in the Janaf Center. It is absolutely gorgeous. the store is not much of a store at all...they are more like diamond brokers. At first glance, it does not catch the eye, but when you look at their diamonds you will be stunned. My diamond was hand selected by my fiance, and it is a real sparkler. It is GIA certified, and i must say that I have had many complements on it. Rinehart was very courteous and helpful to him, and even beautifully packaged my ring for a Valentine's Day surprise engagement. My ring has appraised at much more than he paid...I would say that Rinehart is one or Norfolk's best kept secrets. Prices are also incredible! We even sent our friends there for an anniversary ring! PROS: Wonderful prices and beautiful diamonds! CONS: Hard to find! more
