Didn't use gloves and stuck his hands in my daughters mouth. Assistants are friendly but that is it. Dentist and Receptionist are cold had unprofessional. more

Not going back 3/20/2012

My low review is based on my complete frustration and annoyance with the horrible receptionist. She is the voice/face of the office and is always extremely rude. I am done being upset everytime I have to call or talk to her in the office and we have been there for 3 years now. Dr. Warner himself does his job, but no more. He puts little effort into personalizing your visit and says very little, if anything to the patient. Despite loving the hygenist we had the doctor has nothing to offer to keep me dealing with his front staff. They have lost 6 patients. more

Never Again 12/22/2010

Rude noncaring man. No introduction when he entered exam room. Took less than 5 min to look at my teeth. Stated how many appt.s it would take to repair them and left the room. Go Elsewhere! more

Destist for entire family 7/14/2005

This dentist goes out of his way to make patients feel comfortable. I needed to have a tooth pulled. He explained everything in full detail as he was doing it. He called my home that evening to make sure that everything was going well. I haven't had a dentist or doctor EVER call to check on anything. If I call an office with a question or concern it is usually the nurse that will call back, so I was completely surprised when he called. I have since taken both of my sons to him for cleaning and work. They both like to go there. He makes jokes with the kids to make them feel comfortable. And the best part for them is he has a "toy box" that they get to pick from on the way out :) more
