Venus Freeze 8/24/2013

The staff takes very good care of you, They make sure you are comfortable and that you know everything about the procedure they are performing. Very professional, friendly. They have that "make yourself at home" atmosphere. This was my first procedure. The prices are great also. more

The staff at RevitaLifeMD is wonderful to work with. They are very pleasant and professional. Before beginning a treatment plan they consult with you to determine what your issues are and then set up the best roadmap for helping you achieve your goals. I have been very pleased and plan to expand my use of their services. more

Tremendous results 8/7/2013

Under Dr. C care I lost 50 lbs 8 months. I cant say it was easy but it can be done, Will power also played a roll but when you are under the watchful eye of Dr. C and held accountable in makes it so much easier. I would recommend this program to anyone with a weight problem. more

I could totally see a difference in my skin , after one treament. Office staff is delightful, and Doctor Cummings, is knowlegable, very professional and completely charming. I have had both the Venus Freeze and botox and had wonderful results with both! The staff is very friendly and willing to address any concerns. A very good experience!! more

Great care 5/12/2013

I have had laser hair removal, and fillers. I am getting scheduled for the new botox, very excited! Dr Cummings was very easy to talk with and he has a very calming manner. I highly suggest trying out his services more

Venus Freeze 4/15/2013

I have enjoyed my experience with RevitaLife. The Venus Freeze procedure is very relaxing and also so far seems to be quite effective. Since I am 2 hrs. from Louisville it makes it a little more challenging to continue my treatments but I would like to work it out. Dawn is very personable and friendly and I enjoy my time there although the 30 minutes go by very fast. more

I had a Venus Freeze treatment on my face. Dawn took her time and carefully addressed the areas I felt needed the most attention. I understood prior treatment that I would need more than 1 treatment to see the results I desire. However, benefits of Venus Freeze continue long after the treatment (even 1), because collegan is producing. I will go back! more

Although I am going to put off my treatment until I have lost a few more pounds, the nurse and physician were nice. They showed me the machine and how it works. I can't wait to go back in 4 weeks and actually have the Venus Freeze done. Highly recommend them based on their professionalism. more

I went in a little apprehensive about this whole procedure, but was comforted by both the nurse and the doctor. They answered all questions and were not only professional, but very down to earth as well. A very pleasant experience and wonderful results! more
