Rooter Job From Hell 1/18/2018

Randy from Rescue Rooter LA North was a Rescue Rooter Angel today! I have a septic system and have had company’s out 10 times in the last 20 years to snake out lines that were clogged. Randy was at my house in late December to clear a line and he cleared the clogged line and then ran a camera up the line and figured out the problem wasn’t the piping it was the septic tank. It was on other three weeks before the line got clogged again. Myself and two other guys spent the last four days removing concrete and dirt to get to the septic tank. We spent 5 hours with Randy today clearing the lines. We had one side of the house cleared and the other was still blocked. We were working on the 2nd clog when Randy’s snake broke! Anyone else would have quit at that point. I thought we were done for the day and Randy said “we’re going to cut the 100 feet snake and use the 30 feet that left to try clear the last line”. 15 min later the line cleared! This guy is a PRO! If you have a plumbing problem get him on it he’s an Ace! more

Very knowledgeable tech. checked the drain problem situation out and decided what would be the best route to clean the drain. The job was done and mainline drain cleaned. Carlos left the area clean when he left. Thanks more

Honest, reliable, and hard working 1/1/2018

James came out on New Years Eve and then again on New Years Day to fix our clogged main sewer line. He was honest, friendly, and would not leave till the job was done! We highly recommend this company! more

Rescue Rooter was true to its name! 12/27/2017

We had a major emergency as a result of corroded old pipes. Eddie from Rescue Rooter (and his supervisor) diagnosed the issue and then he managed the huge job and the team involved in the repair, replacement, sleeving, and clean-up in an extremely timely and competent manner. We could not have had a better repairman than Eddie and would use Rescue Rooter again. more

Professional Service 12/6/2017

I called Rescue Rooter Services to help me with my house pluming problem, restrooms were clogged. Their customer service is great; during the two hours I was waiting they kept me informed of the person who was coming and the arrival time. They sent Moses in less than two hours. Moses took care of the problem, gave me a good discount, and recommended an additional service. I'm glad to find hard working and honest people I will be calling them back if I need them. more
