I bought an item at this location in July of 2009. I was very pleased with the level of customer satisfaction when purchasing my product. However, after my product was delivered their service has been rediculous to say the least. They informed me that my product was covered under warenty untill I paid my item off. 5 moths ago, my chair broke. I contacted the store and they said that they would order a replacement imediatly. I was very impressed. Three weeks passed and I got a phone call reminding me that my bill was due. I paid my bill and asked about my chair. One man I spoke with said he did not see any order for my replacement and he would fix the problem. On the 17th of the following month, once again, i recieved a reminder phone call for by bill. I paid my bill and inquired about my chair. The lady I spoke with said she knew nothing about it and referred me to the store manager. The store manager apologized and said he would fix it. Once again, nothing happened. This center is wonderfull when you are trying to purchase something, but after you recieve your product, don't expect any help or warrenties from them. They give all their customers a curtosy cal the day before or the day of their bill payment as a reminder. They religiously called me every month about my bill. They have been so concerned with their money but not their product. I am set to move away from the island in less than a week and my chair is still broken and I still get excuses everytime I call.
