They are very friendly and even handle my oldest cat, who screams like a banshee anytime we enter any clinic, with car and laughter. They explain everything and answer all questions. If you are in the area and are tired of all the big impersonal and expensive clinics, some of which even want you to drop them off so they can spend all day in a cage and are 7 levels of pissed off when you pick them up....this is the place for you and your beloved four footed animals!
