This company was near my daughters dance class in Edmond's so I thought I would try them out.. I am shocked that these people are still in business. I went into their showroom for some help with my flooring. When I walked in they were working on a display. There were three people in the showroom (and no costumers), two were owners and one was a worker. They all three looked at me and then continued on the display. I stood there thinking to my self "" how cold""! Then, after what felt like on hour, one of the owners said ""can I help you"". While I was telling her what I needed she look at the work and asked her a question about the display then walked over to her and started on the display again. I stood there with disbelief. I should have walked out, but I need to see if they knew the flooring type that I was trying to match. Then after the worker finished the display she came over to me and started to help. We walked through the showroom. The other owner came over to see what I was trying to match. He acted so smug and disconnected. It was as if they did not need my business. I came in with a big job that need to be done including tile, hardwoods, laminates, and carpet. Most of my house needed new flooring because of a flood. You would think they would jump at this job considering our economy. Then they booked a time to come out. The worker ""Michele"" came out and did an estimate. She said she would have it ready in one week. She needed to find my tile to match my master bath. Then I never heard from her again. I call when I got back from vacation and was sent to her voicemail. I left a message... nothing. Then I called again thinking ""OK she must not have my number""..... again nothing.
Pros: I wish I could find one but I cant....
Cons: Costumer service, reliability, getting back to you...
