Visited office and took care of paperwork to get repairs done - 4 times I called to get a status update and was told estimator would call me back - estimator never called me - 5 weeks later I finally get estimator on the phone (my call) - he says he must have a wrong claim number but never tried to called me to solve problem. Fancy website, nice looking shop but completely unprofessional service. more

I recently had my 2008 Honda Accord repaired with them after I was referred by the local Economy Honda dealership. I did my research before hand and came upon this site. I knew they had been in business for a long time and had heard their name mentioned a few times. The comment on here scared me so I called and asked them if they would elaborate what happened before I brought my baby in for a estimate, etc. Josh explained the entire situation in detail. He told me he wasn't even aware there was a problem until almost 6 months later. The car had previous paint work that wasn't sticking and blew off during the cleanup. The past assistant manager blew the people off. Josh contacted the people, took care of the prior existing repairs that wasn't Reddick Auto Body's fault. Lance and Josh Reddick even had the customer put up in a Hotel Room for 3 days and paid the guy 3 days of his salary for missing work! Needless to say I had them fix my car ($3,878.23) and they had it back to me in 7 days looking brand new again! Thank you so much guys and I know you put your heart and soul into it and it shows. more

My husband was on his way home from TN to SC and was in an accident, because of the prices of towing we could not get the car home and had to take it close by to where he was at. I came across Reddick Auto Body just by a google search, the website was decent so we had sent the car there to be repaired. The timing was fine but when my husband had to drive 5 hours to go pick up the car when it was finished, they put the headlights back sticking out from the body, there is a hole between the lamp and the body of the car I can see thru the weatherstripping isnt on correctly, they stripped the clear paint off the door, then they told us they'd fix a prior problem and save our money doing it when they charged us more than what they said they would and made the problem worse! Whats worse is they denied having peeling the paint off and wouldnt fix the headlamp. How does anyone stand back from their work see all the above and say my work is done come pick up your car? I guess we didnt see their slogan of ""Yeah well put the parts back on, but they might not be where you saw them last!!!!"" I do not reccommend doing any business with them.
