1st time i have Ever written a review about anything or anyone!Long time customer with 0 complaints, GREAT SHOES! until i purchaced my most recent pair at this location. shoes wore within 2 weeks. took them back. same salesman (very nice), said they would be replaced,but would have to order. NO QUESTIONED ASKED they took longer to come in then he said. No problem... He left me a message which i still have to appologize for for the delay but they would be in by the end of the week. No problem. I thought that was very kind.Today i went in to pick them up. Owner told me, My fault, young salesmen made a mistake, THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY(EXRTEMELY RUDE). UNNECESSARILY HARSH, LOUD ,UN PROFESSIONAL. EVERYONE WANTS SOMETHING FOR FREE. I WANT WHAT I WAS PROMISED.THATS ALL. IF NOT THEN THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY!!!Had the original salesmen(nice guy) would have told me they would not replace them, I would have been dissapointed but not ANGRY. I'm a non-confontational, reasonable person. I mean were talking about a pair of shoes here. Oh yeh, he did offer me a pair of socks. Thanks but no thanks!
