Red Robin America's Goumet Burgers & Spirits

I rate it no Stars. We had to wait for ever to get a table. This is no lie. We waited over hour to get a table. When we finally got one we were so packed in there and you couldn't get out if someone yelled fire.The lady at the door give us a menu to look over. I will never go back there again. That place sucked. I don't see were it is so great. I like to be able to sit down and enjoy yourself with your friends and not have anyone right tight be hide you. Then they sat someone back of my friend that was big in size and she had to sit so close to the table so that person could sit. I think that need more room between tables. And area were you can walk to go to the bathroom or just to beable to leave your sit if you are in the back it isn't easy to get out of there. so I will never return to that place again. more

My husband I went one night during the week for dinner. We had heard great things about this place and were excited. First our spastic waitress had us order drinks, we got margaritas (me strawberry). When she delivered them my tasted like crushed ice so I sent back, about 20 minutes later I had a new drink, but it was a daiquiri????? I wanted a margarita, whatever. Then our appetizer was empty moz. cheese sticks and our well done burgers were med. rare. Yuck. Our waitress was a nightmare and the food was worse. She brought our check right when we got our burgers, what??????????? So, I filled out one of there surveys and would never go back! more

We have been tho the Red Robin in Enfield several times. Our experience has been great! The food is wonderful and the service is great. The only complain I had is that there is no changing table in the restrooms, which is completely inconvenient especially for a family restaurant. Would recommend. more

Hubby and I checked out Red Robin today on Hazard Ave, in Enfield, CT with our 2 children. It was a fun-filled cheerful experience. The waitstaff was very knowledgeable, the restaurant was clean and it was busy busy busy-but still running exceptionally efficiently. We started with a stack of onion rings-awesome! Next, came the main meal- we waited about 12 minutes for that, and she came back frequently to refill our drinks and ask how our meals were. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade... big chunks of strawberries and oh so yummy! The kids meals were pretty large, and the burgers were great, served up with bottomless steakfries. I wasn't too keen on my burger because it was a bit spicy for my taste (onion strings, bacon, pepperjack cheese, and a steak sauce too) and she offered to exchange it immediately, and I had a new burger within about 6 minutes. The bathrooms were clean and in working order, I am happy to say as well. All in all, I'm glad we checked this place out... it was a good experience and we'd definately go back! more
