I went to Red Salon this past May and was well taken care of by one of the stylists named Molly. She was awesome! She listened to what I wanted to do to my hair, offered some advice, and was pleasant throughout the whole appointment. I left with my hair looking and feeling great and was excited to come back in the next couple months. However, that never happened.
Over this past summer, I called the salon to make another appointment quite a few times. Each time the receptionist told me that Molly was unavailable, and that they were all booked up for that week. I understand that they are a busy salon, but she was extremely apathetic and quick to get off the phone with me. She didn't even bother to offer if she could write down my contact info in case of a cancellation.
Not quite sure what her deal is, but after nearly three months of listening to her say ""I'm sorry, but we are all booked up this week"" I decided to get my hair done somewhere else. I really, really wanted to give this place more stars because I did have a wonderful stylist. But seriously, someone should talk to this girl or replace her with someone who is a little more respectful and willing to help clients.
