When I called Rebel flooring to get an estimate on new carpet, I called around and Rebel flooring came out and gave us an estimate. They came in cheapest on the estimate and I decided to use them. When I called them back, I was told they'd come out the next day, but they never showed up. I waited a few days and called again, they said they would come out later, they never showed. After calling and waiting for two weeks I finally decided to use someone else. They never returned my call. Very disappointing.
