Early childhood intervention is available, as well as care for children and adolescents who suffer from emotional disturbances.
El Paso Mental Health & Mental Retardation hopes to build a strong community, through helping solve their problems and mental illnesses, especially for children that have been emotionally affected from growing up in poverty, drug abuse and violence.
