I would not ever support a business like this who Advertises false prices. I called and asked for a model they had advertised on both their web site and on another web site. They confirmed they had the car in stock and even confirmed the vin and stock number. I confirmed the price and they said yes and made an appointment for me to look at the truck. I was there within one hour. The sales rep. said the truck was not on the lot and sold 2 days before. We could look at other trucks on the lot. I told him the price that was listed and that I only wanted that truck with the same options. He said they didn't have that exact one. I then let him know that was a bait and switch and I'll be glad to write that in reviews. I started to leave and he brought another sales guy out who said he did think they had the same truck. Sure enough, now they find one, but they bring a manager out who says"" the price we advertise on the internet only is if you finance with us and trade in a car"" I show him the ad that was on the internet and ask him where it says that. He says"" that's the only way he can do the deal"". I then tell him I called first, and explained the whole thing. His response, I understand if you don't want to do business with us.\r

The manager acted like I had not talked to anyone first. 15 minutes later on my drive home, the same girl I had talked to, to find out if they had the truck and confirm the price, called me to ask me when I was coming to the car lot. When I told her she lied about having the truck because I was just there, she hung up on me.\r

It should be unlawful for business to operate this way. I hope at least a few customers each month will read this and go somewhere else. Dealers like this should not be in business.\r

I have documented everything and will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office. Lets see if they agree.\r

Look on Better Business Bureau website. See all the advertising complaints. Also noticed their membership has been revoked.
