Though the medical staff (I saw a nurse practitioner and two nurses) were very good and I was happy with the actual medical treatment I received, the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional and unintelligent. My appointment was for early in the morning (purposesly scheduled so that I would not have to wait as later patients started to pile up), but they had me wait over an hour while people who arrived after me (with later scheduled appointments) came in and registered and filled out paperwork (after I had already done so) and were called in and received treatment. When I tried to address this unfair practice, I was received with pompous and apathetic attitudes. I will likely return for my follow-up treatment but ONLY for my follow up treatment and after that will find another, more professional office. It is a shame that the front desk staff ruined the experience because the medical staff were wonderful and I feel that they deserve better support themselves. The front desk staff is so bad however that the experience leaves patients feeling at a loss and like they are not important (even though we are the reason they are able to stay in business).
