We have been Rajpoots customers for year- in terms of catering for parties with their take out food. Lately we started noticing a change in attitude. \r
It was worst - when i have booked their hall for a surprise party. And when i called 2 days before the party to re-confirm the menu. They owner tells me that they gave their hall to someone else who had more people in their party than i did. This put so much stress on me, i had to re-arrange the venue, call everyone, and arrange for food in the last minute. \r
I understand in business we want to make money- but we should also believe poor attitude and customer service will cost them in the long run.\r

I think this attitude is disgraceful... i hope they get a lesson this bad behaviour.
