Josh did a wonderful job of installing my 2012 Mazda 3 Sirius radio. The price was lower than the Stealership and the quality of work is excellent. I had a problem with my factory JBL amplifiers, Kicker replacement sub and after market Kenwood radio due to a recent alternator issue. Josh at Radio Active and his technician diagnosed the problem and had a fix in less than an hour. While he suggested an aftermarket amp and new speakers he was willing to accept that I wasn't yet in the market ($$$) to spend any money on new equipment. He recognized the need for an affordable fix and now my car radio is working for less than $150.00. Money well spent considering the alternatives. I will refer anyone who is looking for car audio related upgrades and fixes. Thanks Radio Active. more

From first meet to end result, I found great service the entire time. My stereo sounds awesome and there could be no substitute for simply doing it well. I did get a deal on the system and everything was neatly completed. I did not like the long wait to be helped due to low staffing in the front but it was seriously worth a bit of patience! Past 3 stores I have tried really pulled some stunts, installed the wrong equipment, etc. Radio Active Car Audio did nothing but exactly what they said they would and they did it better than I had anticipated. My low expectations from shops like this makes my review an honest one. They are usually 1 star or 5. I will do the remainder of my car stereo business at this location! Awesome service! I got a great deal on a new system for my vehicle and it turned out above expectations. The sound is amazing and super glad I learned more about dynamat sound damping. Nothing like eliminating the rattles and bad sounds too. Also appreciate the remote controls to the system. Thanks! more

HORRIBLE customer service. The owner of the store is completely ignorant and does not believe in proper customer support. I had some back speakers installed in my vehicle. I thought install went well. I was not told any different. A couple weeks later I go to inspect speakers and find they were DUCT-TAPED around the sides to create a seal instead of using proper sized speakers and I was NOT told about this. i go to complain about the install and the owner defends the install and said he did not feel need to tell me their use of DUCT TAPE. Then he argued with me when I said I will look for a lower price on a stereo he was trying to sell me. Horrible service, horrible ideaologies, horrible period. Don't waste your HARD earned money at this establishment. more
