Daniel Cooper and the RAB team have been very helpful in my Mercedes-Benz search. I live in the south bay but started to work with RAB based on their reputation for strong client services. I found myself speaking to Daniel after chatting with him online. Daniel was very knowledgeable and has helped me in for search for a CPO C63 AMG. Customer Service, Not Here!! 7/15/2009

I have been shopping for a M class or possibly one of the new E-class sedans. I put in a call to RAB after seeing an online add. I was put on the line with one Daniel Cooper. I have never dealt with a MB Representative who was not only rude but had almost no knowledge about thh MB product line at all. ZERO STARS I just may buy a Beemer now. Best service anywhere, Great parts staff, friendly people 10/23/2007

I will say that everytime I have gone in for parts or service, Rab always does things that make me feel special and cool, I like it there, everyone always like it when I come in to do business, they say I like your personality Steve. Pros: thumbs up, every time I have been here everything always works smooth and nicely. Cons: Every business has those poeple and those days, maybe even together some days. more
