RMFA Auto & Towing

I was referred to RMFA auto and towing by a friend who said they were really good and inexpensive. I have a1997 toyota corolla that needed a new break line, hole patched in floor, new oil pan, new battery, oil change and dashboard light replaced. I was quoted a price with labor and parts that was HUNDREDS of dollars less then my previous mechanic. I am a very loyal customer but the savings were too great to pass up. I work odd hours so the owner Rick stayed there till after 9 pm for me to drop off my car. Not only did they have everything done on time but i also brought in a new stereo system and head unit to have installed too. When I came to pick up my car it was $30 less then originally quoted because he was able to get a really good deal on one of the parts. I appreciated his honesty. I will definitely be using RMFA Auto again if my car needs work. I also am referring my family and friends to them. I enjoy supporting small, local, honest and cost effective businesses. I took my 1996 cavalier in for a clutch and was quoted with a price for parts and labor with in the hour of me calling. I immediately set up an appointment for the weekend since I knew I would need my car for work. They had no problem setting up a time for me to come in, even on a weekend, and had my car finished by monday morning! I brought my car to them at 2pm on a saturday! Has had my car for almost 3 months and still not fixed. GREAT with excuses, and promises. Bad choice if you can't live without your car for months on end. Picked up car March 7th Not Repaired. Would not return any of the 1780.25 I paid. RIPPPED OFF! Bad business. more
