Honest, trustworthy, cost-effective, quality work 9/23/2014

I've been going to Quick Align for the past ten years and they're the only people I trust with my car. They've always been very helpful. I love going to them because their pricing is good, they are honest with their quotes, and they are always on time. All in all they do great work, and they're my go-to guys. more

The BEST experience I've had with a mechanic every 9/16/2014

Steve is AMAZING! I found him online and went there because of the high ratings, and discovered there's a reason why he's rated so highly. He gives excellent customer service, he's EXTREMELY upfront and honest about pricing, the quote he gave me was the quote I was billed, which I appreciate. He thanks you for your business and admits that nobody's perfect, he actively seeks to get your feedback. I really thought this was an unbelievable experience for a mechanic. I've been there twice and each time I saw three repeat customers. more

The Good Guys 5/12/2012

When it comes to knowledge of cars, I don't know much, which is not too cool if you're a guy, but so what, the good news is that I don't have to know a lot. That's where the good guys come in. I trust Steve and Jerrell. They will steer you straight, no bull. They get right to the problem, tell you what it is and share all their knowlege so as to give you an accurate perspective on your problem, instead of feeding you bull to make you think more is needed to be done on it. I took my fourteen year old truck in several days ago after it had been sitting for several months. A lot of work had to be done on it. Steve went down a long list of what Jerrel had found to be wrong, and after they held my truck for over three days doing all that work(we're talking over ten major issues) the price still only came out to be just a little over a thousand dollars, which would have easily been around two at some other place. I trust them and feel like I'm in good hands with them. I first started going to them instead of the other place when a recurring problem on my truck was finally fixed when I took it to them. That made me a believer. When they fix it, they really fix it. They don't rig it to break down six months later so you can come back to them like the other place did. These two guys are veterans at what they do, and they know what they are doing, which is great, because when it comes to cars, like I said, I don't, and you have to trust someone, I trust them, the good guys. more

Very Friendly and Honest 12/5/2011

I took my vehicle to Quick Align today 12/5/11for work on my struts. Steve was more than friendly at the front desk. Very honest and helpful. I was very impressed with the care he provided. I will definately return and refer friends/family. It's also a nice clean place if you have to hang out while they do the work. more

Top-Notch, Honest Mechanic! 11/22/2011

My family and I have been going to Quick Align since I was in high school and even though we've moved from New Braunfels, we continue to make the drive for auto repairs because we haven't found anyone as good and honest as Steve! I often ask him for a second opinion after the dealer has recommended service to find out if I really need to take it in. It's rare to find someone who will be honest with you instead of just looking out for their bottom line, and I really appreciate that he will tell you if it's something you don't really need to have fixed! I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Quick Align!!! more

Warning!! rude rude and rude 9/19/2011

If you like bad customer service and rude employees then Quick Align is the place for you. Went in for service and the owner, Steve Williams, is working at the front desk. He was very short with me and others. Asked how long it would take and he laughed at me. You are treated like you are not wanted there. Stay away!!!! more
