We looked at it and everything, then we agreed, and they were here at about what time they said they would be. The brought the materials out, and they were very quick in doing the work. They were very thorough, they did it on time, they followed up, and they cleaned up. We were very pleased. more

Excellent Customer Service! 6/22/2011

We had an issue with our roof which we thought was going to mean we had to replace the whole roof. Joseph came out and inspected our roof letting us know that there were no problems! We saved so much money and in a way I'm looking forward to when my roof does need to be replaced so I can call Quality Roofing! I will keep looking for new clients for this company! I got a call back almost immediately from Quality Roofing. They were able to schedule a time to see me that same day and not far off into the future. They arrived on time, did the repair quickly and efficiently. I maintained personal contact with the head guy before, during and even after the repair job, which was great service. My roof was damaged in a hail storm, and needed to be completely replaced. My insurance company was really busy processing claims, so they sent out Quality Roofing to assess the situation. Quality saw that we needed a new roof, and were excellent in dealing with the insurance company. I didn't take them but a day to put the new roof on, and everything looked good. They sent out an inspector, and he thought so, too. Everybody was nice and fast and did a good job cleaning up. I had no problems at all. I've recommended them to several people, which has already turned into one job that I know of. Monty Gage more

Excellent Service 6/9/2011

When I called Quality Roofing after finding loose shingles on the ground, Joseph came out, inspected my steep roof himself, and found a problem that required immediate attention. He had someone out to my home that very afternoon to make sure I did not have a leak while waiting for my insurance company to assess the damage. When Quality Roofing came out to do the final repairs, they were conscientious about trimming branches away from the roof, and completely repairing the problem. Wow! What other roofers in town would be so thorough and so compassionate?! Thanks! more

I had a damaged porch that leaked and needed a repair that was less than simple. The team identified the issue, repaired the problem and reworked the opposite side of the porch to assure that I didn't run into future issues at no additional charge. Top notch! more
