This property is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. 8/19/2010

The entire property smells remarkably bad. The carpeting in the hallways and guest rooms is stained everywhere. My hallway looks like a poorly maintained fraternity house. This place is filthy. \r \r I find it hard to believe the rate they ask for rooms.\r \r I was told I would have to pay $2 per page for them to send a fax. I have never been asked to pay for a fax at any hotel. The property has no business center.\r \r I know times are tough but I don't see how this property maintains the Quality or Choice Brand flag. more

My husband and I reserved a room for Valentine's Day Eve for a relaxing and quiet evening. We got the whirlpool suite and were looking forward to a night away from our kids. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we discovered our room had a balcony over the pool area; we were forced to listen to screaming, squealing unsupervised children through the night and when the pool opened at 6AM, that is what we awoke to - so much for our "romantic night"; we should have just stayed at home and saved $200. At least we wouldn't have had to listen to 20 + kids while their parents probably slept soundly in another room away from the pool - and paid 1/2 of what we did! more

quality inn 8/27/2005

First off the place is always very very clean. The parking area is well kept and there is plenty of space to park. The prices are very good, and the service is even better. This place is definantly going to stay in business a good long while. The managment is also wonderful, if you have a problem, they are very quick to make it right for you. more
