I just went in to this tag agency to get my husband's license plate switched from Texas to Oklahoma today. The owner sarcastically asked me if I was my husband "Are you Jeffrey?"...

I don't understand the hate..... 4/20/2012

We moved to this state in 2006 and have tagged and re-tagged 5 vehicles and updated driver's licenses all here. Yes, it is near home and that was probably what got us in. What keeps us going back and sending business to them is they have always been nothing short of quick, friendly and helpful. Shockingly rude 3/20/2012

I just went in to this tag agency to get my husband's license plate switched from Texas to Oklahoma today. The owner sarcastically asked me if I was my husband "Are you Jeffrey?" She was incredibly rude to me during our entire transaction for no reason at all. I am not used to being treated so inconsiderately, and I will never return to this tag agency. Quail Tag Agency is condescending 12/29/2009

I have used them several times because they are close to my house. They get the job done, but when I called to ask a couple of questions in regards to renewing my plate, the lady that I spoke to was very short and condescending...with a high pitched...I'm using my telephone voice, so I must be being nice...She proceeded to tell me that I could find my state license plate # on my plate under my seat or in my trunk "where it was suppose to be". Needless to say...they do get the job done, but I will def make an effort to find an agency that does not mock the questions that I genuinely need the answer to. more

Quail Tag is one of my favorite businesses ever. No matter what the circumstances, they know how to handle my transactions. The employees are very efficient, friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Have referred many people to them and all have been as happy as I am. Pros: Great Employees Cons: NONE more

I started using Quail Tag Agency as soon as it opened. The staff there is very friendly, efficient, and they go above and beyond to help their customers. It's a comfortable setting while you wait (which usually is a short wait if any at all). They are good people! more

Busy Area, near Mall 11/14/2007

This agency is near the mall and a very busy shopping strip, so it makes for convenience if you're already out shopping, otherwise it's nothing special to drive to. more
