Both Todd and Michael were excellent with the communication and closed on time. Couldn't be happier with the smooth process. Also, the electronic everything and secure mail was awesome (who in the world uses fax these days?) and I appreciated the extra level of protection that "secure" mail provided. more

The most important thing that Ellen did during this transaction was to proactively reach out to the USDA...including calling down to Washington...to stay on top of the status of the government's release of funds. The closing was delayed because of the USDA but I am certain that the transaction would have taken several more weeks to close without Ellen's personal touch. more
