Pro Tour Cycles is a poor excuse for a bicycle shop. It is cramped inside and there is such a limited variety of bicycles and bicycle accessories. Their service is the worst I've seen. The employees do not offer much help at all. I took my bicycle in one time and they would barely give it a look before giving me some crazy service charge. I refuse to ever go there, and I do not recommend it.
