These guys have so much knowledge and experience to help you get the perfect system. I went in to purchase a deck and they took the time to explain all of my options and the cost for each one. What was nice is there was no pressure to buy the most expensive model or a deck that was overkill for my needs. They recommenced a great deck and when I asked if I should get new speakers they told me that my current speakers would work just great. Honesty, gotta love it. more

Highest Recommendation Ever 3/3/2011

I'm "that guy." The one that checks references, and shops all over Utah for the best price. I'm not the kind that gushes about a business. Most of the time. But when I find one like this, I want to be sure that everyone knows about it. \r \r I went in to have three things installed in my car: an audio system, two DVD players, and a keyless entry. These guys knocked it out of the park on price, on service, and on quality. The trifecta. My absolute highest recommendation ever to Pro Audio & Video. more

Just bought some speakers for my car and I couldn't be more impressed with price and service I received. I checked out some reviews online which led me to Pro Audio and they didn't disappoint....by far the best value in town! more

Excellent customer service! 3/3/2011

The guys are Pro Audio are absolute professionals! I was a little intimated going to a car stereo store because I know NOTHING about audio equipment. The guys who helped me pick out a CD player for my boyfriend's Christmas gift were so awesome! They didn't make me feel stupid or uncomfortable at all. They quickly suggested the best CD player in my price range and I was on my way in no time at all. Best of all my boyfriend loved his gift! more

Pro Audio is the best! 3/2/2011

I Love Pro Audio!\r \r I took my trailer in to have a stereo system put it and a T.V. They did such a great job and at such a great price! They were very professional, they left my trailer clean and the system sounds awesome!! I would send anyone their way! You will not be disappointed! more

I wouldn't go anywhere else! 11/2/2010

I had a DVD stuck (actually three) in my overhead DVD player in my SUV. I stopped by Pro Audio and even though they were up to their eyeballs in customer they diagnosed and fixed the problem without skipping a beat. They acted as though my issue was the biggest issue around. The customer service I received from this shop was the best customer service I've experienced in a long, long, time! We've since gone back for a navigation system and an ipod adaptor. I would recommend this business to anyone. more

Great Customer Service! 10/28/2010

I've gone to Pro Audio to get a DvD player in my van and I've also had them diagnose a problem that I was having with my navigation system. Each time I was treated as I was the only customer they've ever had. They took the time to help me out and even answer all of my stupid questions. They did a great job and the kids are happy because they can watch movies and I am happy because I won' t get lost. It's a win-win. I would recommend this business to anyone. more
