Teacher quality varies through the day 5/19/2010

My kid was here for a few months at around age 16mths. Overall I felt it was an OK place compared to other daycare's in the area. My main concerns were that the quality of teachers/caregivers greatly varied. Each class has a main teacher who is usually present at the beginning of the day when you drop of your kid, but they are gone by 12:00-1:00 PM and then it is a variety of part time teachers who seem uninterested and also are not able to provide much information regarding how your kids day was. When it comes to activities and gym time they seem to be well equipped. The other area of concern was with food. Even in fairly young kids they expect them to feed themselves. Pros: Great location. Great Gym Cons: Several partime teachers/caregivers. more

Below average quality 8/15/2009

After a couple of times of visit to Primetime, I finally decided to give it a try for a couple of hours in toddler class (12-18 months). The class room in itself is sunny and relatively clean and there are enough toys. However, every time that toddlers are having snacks, lunch, and diaper change, they are strapped to the seats in the table for more than one hour. If your child refuses the first bite of snack, the staff will say "" she is not hungry"" , they don't even try. However, that wasn't the only reason that I decided to look for another daycare. They have a traditional discipline policy. One of the staff was conditioning a little boy (probably 14-15 months old) that was bored and crying in his seat by saying very loud "" I TOLD YOU THAT""S ENOUGH!"". I don't know about other parents preferences, but that's an absolute turn off in my view. I won't send my son to a place that shout at my kid. Pros: sunny classes, enough interesting toys Cons: traditional discipline policy, maximum child to staff ratio, more

prime time great daycare 4/17/2006

Primetime has been a wonderful place for my daughter. She has been there since she is 7 weeks and loves it. I have peace of mind knowing that she is cared for so well. The staff is loving and knows my daughters needs and wants. She is loved and that is very important as a parent. I highly recommend prime time to any prospective parents looking for a high quality day care. Pros: teachers Cons: price more

Great School 8/28/2005

My daughter has attending this school since she was 3 months old and she loves it. The staff is so great. Every class has a certified teacher. I would rate it on the same scale as Manhattan Kids Club in the city. It is a very good value, in addition to giving you peace of mind knowing your little one is cared for so well. Pros: Great Teachers, Good Location, Good Value Cons: Old Building more
