Prime Acura

They will Lie and tell you everything you want to hear, just to get you out of the door. After than, you're on your own. I purchased a brand new 2005 TL, I've had 4 transmissions, 2 navigation systems, 2 cd/stereo units, 2 heat shields, 2 intermediate shafts, several rotors and calipers, 2 rear decks, headlight bulbs, and much much more replaced on the car... And neither Clair where I purchased the car nor Acura want to do anything about it. After replacing the transmission the first time, they told me that I shouldn't bring my car back to them, and that I should go to a different dealership. That's quality service!! Way to stand behind the cars they sell!! I highly recommend you don't buy an Acura (at least a TL, from what I've experienced). But if you are going to buy an Acura, definitely AVOID CLAIR ACURA!! Unfortunately, I had the famous negative 'car sales' experience. On the upside I got a pretty good deal on a car they had on the lot. BUT there was a quiality item I had read about my car that concerned me. They commmitted they would 'take care of the issue' if it came up and essentially they just flat out lied to me to make the sale. No less than 2 months later the issue came up and they simply would not honor their agreement. I dont have time for organizations like this and would never recommend them. Pros: clean, nice location, got a good deal Cons: not trustworthy, gave me runaround more
