Located on Route 122 in downtown Millbury, with lots of municipal parking behind the building, the office is part of the Fallon Clinic Primary Care practice. (http:www.fallon-clinic.com). After-hours and weekend care is available through the Pediatric department at the Fallon Clinic on Plantation Street in Worcester.
The central check-in allows the nurses in Dr. Aggarwal's office to concentrate on patient care rather than insurance problems. There's also a lab and a pharmacy on the premesis so that parents needn't worry about multiple stops for a sick child. The waiting area includes plenty of chairs for adults as well as magazines, books and toys for all ages. Don't expect to spend too much time in the waiting room, though. Even when we've arrived for same-day-scheduled appointments, we've never waited longer than 5 minutes before being escorted to an exam room.
The nurses are wonderful at setting both child and parent at ease about the visit. Dr. Aggarwal is very friendly, is open to discussing the pros and cons of treatments, and takes into account the needs of the entire family when recommending treatment. He's gentle and compassionate; my 15-month old son smiles every time he sees him!
