I went through the drive through at Popeyes in Neptune Beach 10/18/06. I received 2 incorrect dinners. I asked for 2, 2-piece dinners, white meat, mild; they gave me 2 SMALL wings in each dinner, not a breast and wing - which I have always received (last 4 years). I drove back and presented them to the manager, Mr. DeAngelo (sp?). I told him what happened and he said you have to specifically ask for what you want. I told him that I was never nor had ever been asked to specify what WHITE MEAT I wanted in my dinners. HE THREW THE DINNERS ON A COUNTER SPACE IN BACK OF HIM AND ANNOUNCED, LOUDLY, WE HAVE NO BREASTS. I told him I would wait. I finally got the correct dinners. I have worked with the public before and am sure it is never acceptable to be so rude to customers. I feel insulted!! I enjoy Popeyes chicken very much, but am giving a second thought to ever returning. Thank you.
