CURIOUS/STRANGE 1/5/2007

OF ALL THE YEARS THIS THEATRE HAS BEEN HERE, I HAVE YET TO SEE A MOVIE, IN WHICH AFRICAN-AMERICANS ARE THE MAIN CHARACTERS IN THE MOVIE (ie. Hustle and Flow, Get rich or die trying..)THESE ARE JUST A FEW MOVIES THAT MADE MILLIONS AT THE BOX OFFICE, BUT FOR SOME REASON, HERE IN ALICE NEVER WERE THEY TO BE SEEN OR HEARD OF. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHY? GOOD QUESTION, HUH???????????????JUST CURIOUS, AREN'T YOU?? more

this theater is the worst looking one I've ever seen the celling looks like it's about to fall on you at any time and the movie screen has tears on it not to mention all the kids that are going up and down the isles with no supervision but i guess that what you can expect for 4 dollars. more

Plaza Four - cheap movies cheap theatre 4/5/2006

The movies are cheap but the food is a little pricey and the place itself is a lot rundown. Sadly, this is the only choice for movies in Alice. Some theaters had leaks in the roofing the last time I was there, and the seats below these leaks were covered with simple, plastic bags. Hardly a nice view when you're sitting in the back seats. I still don't know if they ever even fixed the roofing... more

Plaza IV 4/5/2006

I've gone to this theater quite a few times. They have 4 movie theaters in 1. The place itself is not that great. The last time I went the place was a bit on the dirty side, the roof leaked and the prices for drink and popcorn were down right ridiculous, but since its the only movie theater in town, you really don't have a choice (except not to eat and drink while watching a movie). more
