I love pizza, and as a college student, it becomes a staple in my diet. But this Pizza Hut, in particular, is horrible. Poor food, poor service, it needs something different, perhaps a new manager. I can account for several occasions of poor service, one recent one of ordering takeout. They proposed 25 minutes for the whole order. There was no one in the restaurant, except for a couple eating the buffet, and no busy phone ringing off the hook...the place was pretty much empty. I left to wait for the pizza, and when I returned, my order had been taken to another place! There were only two take out orders that I could see, the place was clearly not busy or chaotic, sot they had no reason to get such a thing confused! And the delivery guy wanted to get my pizza back from the other place, like I want it!? Another occasion consisted of them not even waiting on us when we dined in, we waited for an hour and no service, and once again, the place was empty. A third try of dining in with my grandparents was more than the straw breaking the donkey's back: They brought my grandparents order promptly, but I waited hours for mine, my brother and mother's. I asked the waitress what the problem was and she asked me if I had ordered anything. When the ticket was brought, they charged us for food we never got, so we left.
Cons: Poor everything.
