Pizza Pete's

I love Pizza Pete's. First of all, the food is very good quality. It is always fresh & hot. I cater food for parties ALL the time and I get compliments from everyone. The 6 foot sub (Chicken cutlet and Italian) are excellent. I come from Staten Island where there is no better Italian catering, but this is a close second. I'm very picky, I do not like when pasta is over cooked, and that is hard when you order quantity. Pete's is never mushy, always perfectly Al dente. The Penne Vodka, Cavatelli & Brocolli are favorites. I also have ordered sandwhich & wrap platters for various gatherings and they are huge hit. They also have healthier food options which is rare at a Pizzeria. I order the grilled chicken with mixed vegetables. Its excellent, light and perferct for the health concious. Pete is wonderful, we adore him. I've only eaten in a few times, but this isn't fine dining, so for anyone complaining about service, they might want to consider something less casual. more

Used to order from here all the time, but lately has not been good. Staff was extremely difficult to order on the phone and confused orders all the time. I will not go back. more

First of all, I order from Pizza petes almost everyday...their food is absolutely delicous! Their portions are great and everyone in my office also loves it....Being that I order there so much, I have never had a man answer the phone..and if it was a man, it was the owner, and he wouldnt say "i dont know if we deliver there", second of all i've had times where they didnt pick up the phone also, but never 7 times, maybe once or twice..in any matter, i have been eating there for years, i love it! The other people that wrote bad things are probably just annoying people more

You would think that if a pizza business sends menus on every door in our complex that they would answer the phone or have enough help. Both myself and my husband called them 7 times. It rang and rang. Then an answering machine picked up. The mailbox was full and therefore the prerecorded mailbox said it would disconnect me. That is exactly what it did. They lost my business. That is very poor management on their part. more

I got a menu to this place and decided to call and order dinner from there. The person who took my order had to repeat it many times because he kept getting it wrong. After 15 minutes on the phone (only order 3 things), I asked for it to be delivered and gave him my address. The person put me on hold and then said he didn't think they delivered there. He put me on hold again and said they wouldn't deliver to me. I live in the same town as this place and I'm not on the other side of Old Bridge, but they still refused. I have yet to call this place to place an order for pick up. more
