Everything I wanted. Has an urban feel, stores on the 1st floor, great service staff. Fitness center open 24 hrs! I love this place. If the elevators were faster, I'd give it 5...

Worst

I don't recommend anybody to live in this place. The elevators always broken and there is always something is wrong with them, and it takes them days to repair them. Fire alarm ...

I don't recommend anybody to live in this place. The elevators always broken and there is always something is wrong with them, and it takes them days to repair them. Fire alarm goes off at least once a week and that is annoying and nerve raking specially in middle a of the night and it takes them to fix it for more than 45 minutes. excruciating loud siren noise, imagine that in the middle of the night. This place is a horrible place to move in too. more

Clean and Pretty 3/22/2008

I looked into this place when trying to find an apartment. The staff was really nice and the grounds were really well kept up. I was happy to see that it's a gated community, and it has a great location. Too bad they didn't have anything when I needed to move though. more

Looking for safety and location? 5/26/2006

I love this apartment community because it's nestled right next to the 55 frwy and several restaurants!! As an added bonus..it's gated!!! I loved living here for a few months. The bedrooms are a bit small yet you feel safe here. The fitness gym is rather big and faces MacArthur street. If you happen to have out of town guests, a major hotel chain is next door to Pinnacle! The apartments are relatively new! more
