We have been residents of Chalfont for years and have been ordering from Pina's as long as I can remember (10+ years), or, at least until recently. We pre-ordered several pizzas for my granddaughter's birthday several hours early because we had a certain amount of time to use the party space and had dinner planned accordingly. Well, the pizzas were five minutes late ... ten minutes late ... fifteen minutes late, at which point we put a phone call in to check the status of our order. At this point, let me note that we understand these things do happen, but, what followed is the reason behind the review.\r

Upon the first call we received a rushed apology and were told it would be there in ""10 minutes, no later."" So, twenty minutes later, with no pizza, we make another call."" At this point the owner seemed rushed and aggravated that we were calling again, even though the pizzas were still not on the way. We were told ""they just left with the pizza."" They must've taken the long way and avoided the 3 minute drive because we got them ANOTHER 10 minutes later. By this time half of the guests had left hungry and some of them aggravated (hungry kids can get on their parent's nerves). Our four pizzas were more than enough to feed the 6 or 7 people left though...\r

We put in another call and the owner completely blew us off and was way to busy to do anything but make a rushed apology. She couldn't be bothered. Someone else from the party called to see if they could get something better, maybe a sincere apology at least. The owner promised she would call back a little later. No phone call and we have not been back since. \r

So get whatever you want from this review but we will not be returning to Pina's. Spatola's is right up the street and also has great food AND good customer service. I guess Pinas has enough business at their new location to not have to be bothered with long time regulars...
Pros: Food has always been decent...
