I would NEVER recommend piece o cake to anyone for any event, especially a wedding! This was a vendor that my hall used and I was disappointed from the very beginning. They made me feel as though my business didn't matter unless I was willing to pay more to upgrade my cake. I made an appointment to go for a cake tasting, and drove 2 hours for the appointment. I called to make sure we would be meeting with someone and they informed me that I was not in their book for a tasting. I had to turn around and go back home. On my next visit, I let them know that I wanted to sit with them for a tasting but they informed me ""this isn't the way they do tastings"". They packed me a ""to go"" cake tasting. It again made me feel as though I wasn't worth their time. I wanted a cake that was special and unique and at first they said they were very flexible, but they in fact made me pick from a ""wholesale cake list"" which had pictures dated back to 2007. I called and emailed numerous times with No response. I asked to speak to the owner numerous times and was told I would be charged $50 to see her. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business and I really don't know how they are in business at all. I also know that there were other brides that felt the same way. Bride and grooms beware... Unless your willing to spend a lot of money- Piece O Cake will not give you any of their time & will make you feel worthless. I started Out so excited to have my dream wedding cake and ended up hating the entire process.\r
