Dr. Zand has been a blessing for my pets. He has taken good care of them, and has been our vet for 5 years. He and Mrs. Zand are always welcoming and helpful. more

I was shocked by the unprofessional nature of our first visit. Dr. Zand created one of the most awkward moments I have ever had with a veterinarian. It seemed as if he was upset working on a Saturday, and wanted to get the appointment over with as soon as possible. After the rabies vaccination, he said the dog would have symptoms of a fever. When we asked him what the symptoms would be, he said, "You should know, you're the owner." This wasn't exactly the answer I was looking for. In my mind, what is the point of a receptionist if they are not going to relay to the doctor what services are needed to be rendered? At this point, after being talked down to for the entire appointment, we decided never to come back to this place. Reading the other reviews, this may sound like an anomaly, but I would rather my vet visits not become a place of confrontation. Cons: So-called Dr... more
