Piano Revival

Piano Revival was recommended to me by my brother who had work done on his 1937 McPhail upright. I had a very old, out of tune baby grand piano that needed a lot of work. Mr. Woitasek came to my home, gave me a more than fair estimate and picked up the piano that week. He told me that the work would be done within one month and 3 weeks later, it was sitting in my livingroom, absolutely beautiful, looking better than I had imagined.. I have dealt with Dave the owner of Piano Revival. He was always belligerant, loud and threatening. He never sticks to anything he says. He promises and then somehow ""forgets"" what he said the day before. His service is terrible. Very overpriced, and he will try to convince you to do things to your piano you do not need. His work is very questionable. The piano was delivered in poor shape (in worst shape than when he took it), and although he said he tuned the piano, several keys were broken and are in need to be repaired, which we have to hire somebody to do it, since he refuses to come back to our house and do the repair himself. Pros: Parking spaces near his store are plentiful Cons: Workmanship, service and pricing more
