My family has been doing business with Pete's since my grandfather first went there. I just got my car fixed there 3 years ago, with no problems at all. My brother has been there a few times also, and I far as I know he has had no problems. Over the years my parents have also been there a lot, mostly for bumper jobs, that I can remeber. In fact they have one scheduled in the next few weeks. They have always been helpful to us with any problems that we might have had. I do not know what the last person was talking about. That person could not even get the persons name right, I know there is no Al Cash that works there at all. This is a great shop to get you car fixed. I plan to go there again if I need to , and then to send my kids there if they needed to. For 50 years in business they must be doing something right. Al Cash, the owner, wouldn't repair that paint job on my bumper that his shop did under 2 years ago. He said that it might have been in another accident. Another 2 shops said that it was an obvious workmanship problem. The bumper should have been scuffed and a coat of primer applied but neither happened at this shop!! The shope was a Carstar franchise but they said it was the individual shop's decision and they wouldn't help either! DON""T GO TO THIS SHOP OR BEWARE OF CARSTAR. It is no protection!! Cons: can never get ahold of them and they don't stand behind their work! more
